Michelle Banks serves patients at the Severna Park, Annapolis, and Columbia locations as a graduate clinician. She earned her Bachelor of Science at the University of Kansas and is currently completing her graduate studies in audiology at the University of Kansas Medical Center, where she also works as a graduate teaching assistant.

Michelle brings a wealth of experience as an audiology assistant and has always wanted a career focused on helping others. Originally a social work major, she discovered audiology after taking an American Sign Language course, which sparked her passion for improving hearing health and communication.

Michelle loves connecting with patients and appreciates that this practice values patient-centered care, collaboration, and continuous learning. Outside of work, she has a goal to travel to all 50 states! She also enjoys exploring new parks and beaches, learning to play the piano, and spending time with family and friends.
