Kristin Shaklee began her career in 2005 at an ENT office but found audiology specifically fascinating and transitioned to that part of the practice in 2012. She has worked in audiology ever since, starting with an office role and progressively working her way up. Licensed as an audiology assistant in 2022, she’s certified as otolaryngology personnel and also serves as a hearing aid coordinator.

Kristin loves the challenge of cleaning and repairing hearing aids, and the joy of helping people hear better. Born and raised in Maryland, Kristin enjoys the outdoors with her husband Ross, son Charlie, and dog Lilly, often going camping, biking, fishing, and boating. She values the familial and team-oriented culture at Chesapeake Hearing Centers, where communication and teamwork are paramount.
