Erica’s journey into audiology began with an opportunity at Chesapeake Specialty Care in Annapolis, where she discovered a passion for hearing health. A former colleague later introduced her to Chesapeake Hearing Centers, where she found a supportive and caring team that matched her dedication to patient care. She finds great fulfillment in seeing the joy on patients’ faces when they regain their ability to hear.

Erica has dedicated her career to helping others, starting in the dental field as a dental assistant, where she also became X-ray certified. Over the years, she expanded her expertise, earning a chiropractic assistant license and working in physical therapy, assisting patients with treatments like traction, heat, ice, and stimulation therapy. With experience in both patient care and administrative roles, Erica brings a well-rounded skill set to CHC.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband and three cats, volunteering at animal shelters, and soaking up the sun at the beach. Her love for animals and warm weather keeps her grounded and energized to do the work she loves!
