Erica Lynn Faruolo graduated from Queenstown Christian Academy and began her studies in early childhood education at Chesapeake College. With a varied background as a nanny, housekeeper, baker, and cake decorator, Erica brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a natural love of caring for others to her role.

Erica enjoys learning something new every day and helping guide patients through their hearing care experience. She gets a thrill out of seeing patients return for follow-up visits and watching their excitement when they realize just how much they’re hearing again. She appreciates the high standards at Chesapeake Hearing Centers and values the work-life balance that allows her to spend quality time with family.

Born and raised on Kent Island, Erica grew up on the Chesapeake Bay and still feels most at home near the water. She is a proud mom of two sons, shares life with her wonderful wife, and has a yard full of feathered and furry pets. Outside of work, she enjoys bike rides through Terrapin, cozy movie nights, family beach days, and never says no to a good crab cake.
