Donna Smith brings over 30 years of customer service experience in both retail and the vision medical field to her position as a patient care coordinator at Chesapeake Hearing Centers. A Maryland native who grew up in both Virginia and Maryland, Donna has lived and worked throughout her home state and enjoys being part of such a vibrant and diverse region.

As a member of our team, Donna focuses on delivering a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient. She has built her career on kindness, integrity, and genuine care for others and is dedicated to ensuring patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.

Donna’s commitment to compassion is deeply personal. Having her own mother join her household in her later years strengthened Donna’s belief in treating every person with the same respect and care she would want for her own family.

Married 18 years, Donna and her husband are proud of their accomplished son, who’s about to graduate from high school. As a family, they love attending the annual Maryland Renaissance Festival, immersing in the rich and joyful atmosphere. Donna also enjoys researching family genealogy, watching football and hockey, and exploring a variety of films and TV shows.
