Amy Pan

Hearing Aid Dispenser

Amy Pan has served patients in our Easton and Kent Island offices since 2014 and is licensed to dispense hearing aids in the state of Maryland. She works closely with Dr. Caroline Aland to ensure that patients always have someone to turn to if they are having a problem with their hearing aids.

Our Kent Island and Easton patients often see Amy for routine cleanings of their hearing aids, troubleshooting issues, and help to adjust their hearing aids. Amy is frequently the one to help patients reconnect their hearing aids to their phones if they aren’t streaming properly. Amy also serves as the chief hearing aid coordinator for Chesapeake Hearing Centers, not only coordinating with manufacturers about orders and repairs for our mid-shore offices but also ensuring best practices across our eight offices.

Amy graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in biology. She played NCAA Division III volleyball and worked as a student athletic trainer while attending college. While Amy was raised in Annapolis, she has lived in Grasonville since 2003. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, her three children, their cat, and their recent addition, a black Labrador retriever puppy. Amy is a sports enthusiast and enjoys being outdoors. She has long been an active volunteer in her local community, including many years serving both the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts as well as the PTA.
