About our Rockville location

We are located in the 121 Congressional Lane medical office building behind the Staples on the west side of Rockville Pike. The Mykonos Restaurant is in the bottom of our building. We have Bed, Bath, and Beyond to our north and Barnes & Noble and the Container Store to our South.

If you are heading north on Rockville Pike, take a left on to Congressional Lane (at the traffic light by Staples). If heading South, take a right at the traffic light by Staples. We are the first parking garage on the right with a sign that says “121 Congressional Lane.”

Access from Garage: After you park in the garage, take the pedestrian exit like you’re going toward Bed, Bath, and Beyond, but then take the sidewalk around to the front of the building on Congressional Lane. Walk past the Mykonos Restaurant and you will see the building entrance on your left. There is an elevator that will take you to the 3rd floor, then turn right and walk to the back of the building where you will find Suite 310. The elevator in the parking garage has NO access to the building.

From Potomac and points West (15 minutes): Take Falls Rd. (Rt. 189) North and take a right on Montrose Rd which turns into Montrose Parkway after about two miles. At that point you use one of the three left lanes to turn left to get back on Montrose Rd. After 0.5 miles, turn left on E. Jefferson St. After 0.70 miles, turn right on to Congressional Lane. Our parking garage is just 0.10 miles on the left BEFORE you get to Rockville Pike.

From Gaithersburg and points North (15 minutes): Head south on S. Frederick Ave (Rt. 355), which turns into Rockville Pike. About 6 miles south of Gaithersburg, turn right just after Staples on to Congressional Lane. The parking garage will be on your right.

From Silver Spring and points East (15-20 minutes): Head west on Rt. 495. Take Exit 88 on to Rockville Pike (Rt. 355). Drive almost 4 miles and then turn left just past the Staples on to Congressional Lane. The parking garage will be on your right.

From Washington, D.C. and points South: Either take Wisconsin Ave north, which will turn into Rockville Pike, OR take Rt. 495 North to Rt. 270. From Rt. 270, take exit 4A and follow signs for Tower Oaks Blvd. Turn left on Tower Oaks Blvd. After 0.6 miles, turn right on Wootton Pkwy and go 1.0 mile before turning right on W. Edmonston Blvd which quickly brings you to Rockville Pike where you should take a right turn. After 1.0 miles, turn right on Congressional Lane just after the Staples. The parking garage will be on your right.

NOTE: We are located on the side street in between Congressional Plaza and Congressional North. To the North: Staples; Bed, Bath, and Beyond; Aldi’s; Petco; Five Below; Michael’s.

To the South in Congressional Plaza: Container Store; Barnes & Noble; Matchbox; Buy Buy Baby; Cartoon Cuts; The Fresh Market, etc. On Other Side of Rockville Pike: Party City
